HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS NXM SERIES ACCORDING TO ISO 6020/2 - ASSEMBLED AND IN KIT

NEXOIL Cylinder Division offers the market of power transformation transmitted by fluids with a wide range of high-performance hydraulic and pneumatic actuators.
Among these are the NXM Series Hydraulic Cylinders designed according to ISO 6020/2 (1991), DIN 24554.
Nexoil manufactures and sells the complete hydraulic cylinder or supplies the Components in KIT so that the customer can independently manage their needs.

• Heavy duty metric hydraulic cylinder.

• Nominal pressure: 160 bar.

• In accordance with ISO 6020/2 (1991), DIN 24554 standards

• Security factor 4:1 at nominal pressure and with reference to min. breaking point

• Mineral hydraulic oil - other fluids available upon request.

• Fluid temperature range for standard seals: from -20°C to +100°C.

• Fluid temperature range for Viton® seals: from -20°C to +150°C.

• Construction: tie-rod design.

• Bore sizes: 25 mm to 100 mm.

• Piston rod diameters: 12 mm to 70 mm.

• Cushions: adjustable and available on one or both ends (non-adjustable cushioning on bore size 25).

• Adjustment screw not protruding from the head.
